Which payment methods do we accept?

What is BNR Industrial's dispatch time:
We aim to dispatch all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-2 business days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
Do prices on bnrindustrial.com.au include GST?
Yes they do.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, for customers who do not wish to enter their details online, orders can be placed over the phone. Contact us on 03 9314 7877.
Can I pick up orders in person?
Unfortunately orders cannot be placed online and then be arranged for pick up. All orders placed online must ship to your desired destination. If you wish to pick up please place an order via phone on 03 9314 7877, our sales team will then inform you as to when your order can be collected. There are no walk-in / over-the-counter sales.
Where can I find the shipping cost?
Shipping cost can be calculated at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Shipping cost are also shown after you place your details into checkout, it will the take you to a review order page where it will show you the total cost of your order + shipping cost. You are able to cancel or accept the order from this page.
Which Courier company do you use?
For items which exceed AusPost postal bags, depending on your location we use Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, Toll Ipec or StarTrack to ensure the most shortest delivery time possible to your location. Once your orders has been dispatched we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking details.
Can the courier driver leave the package on my door step?
In the interests of security and as a fraud prevention measure, the courier driver will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home at time of delivery, the package will be re-directed to your nearest post office or courier collection depot for collection. Photo ID will be required when collecting from the post office.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Australia.
