What payment methods do you accept?

BNR Industrial accepts the following payment methods as well as direct bank transfer.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-2 business days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you ASAP.

Do all prices shown include GST?

Yes

Can I pick up my order in person?

Once your order is confirmed in our system, our sales team will contact you via email or phone to let you know when it’s ready for collection.

Please note: we do not offer walk-in or over-the-counter sales.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs can be calculated at the bottom of your shopping cart.

They will also appear at checkout after you’ve entered your details. You’ll then be taken to a review page showing your full order total (including shipping). From there, you can choose to proceed or cancel your order.

How will my order be shipped?

For items that exceed AusPost postal bag limits, we use trusted couriers — including CouriersPlease, Aramex, FedEx, and StarTrack — to ensure the fastest delivery possible to your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with full tracking details.

Can my package be left if no one is home?

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, all deliveries require a signature on arrival.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, your package will be redirected to the nearest post office or courier depot for collection or re-delivery. Please note that photo ID will be required when collecting your order.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within Australia.
