Elsema PentaFOB Programmer for PCR Series Receivers

The Elsema PentaFOB Programmer is the installer-grade tool for managing PentaFOB® and PentaCODE® remotes across Elsema's PCR receiver range — letting site managers, security installers and facilities teams add, edit and delete individual transmitters from a receiver's memory without wiping the whole database.

Connect to a PCR receiver with the supplied USB cable and the programmer automatically detects the model and displays context on its 4-line backlit LCD. Every function — add, delete, edit, identify, backup — is driven from clear on-screen prompts, so site staff can manage the remote database confidently without memorising button sequences.

The built-in FOBchip backup/restore chip is one of the programmer's headline features. For strata, commercial or multi-tenant sites with hundreds of remotes, being able to clone a receiver's entire memory to a FOBchip and restore it to a replacement receiver after lightning damage or a power surge can save a full day of reprogramming visits. Extra FOBchips can be purchased separately to maintain a physical backup per site.

A 10-character password lock prevents unauthorised changes to the receiver memory — and crucially, locking also disables the manual code-reset pins on the receiver itself, adding a serious layer of protection for commercial and industrial sites. The "Check Transmitter Number" function lets you identify an unknown remote by pressing any button, perfect for auditing and maintaining an accurate user register.

The programmer is powered directly from the receiver via the USB cable, so no batteries or separate power supply are needed.
